Titanium Alloy Oil Pipe Case

In June 2016, the Titanium alloy well pipe manufactured by ZS Titanium Co.,Ltd was tested in Zhonghai Oil Energy Development Company. This test weighs 60 tons, which is equivalent to the weight of the Titanium alloy oil pipe used in 8,000 m well depth and is suspended for 60 minutes.
 
The Energy Development Engineering Branch draws the following conclusions: The test results show that the 3-1/2"titanium alloy oil pipe with DFGX-1 type air-seal thread has good anti-sticking property, reliable air-sealing property and tensile property under the test conditions, which meets the service performance requirements under the operating conditions and can be widely used.
